As a new user
When I am invited with an invalid role
Then a user record does not get created.

@AliSchlereth could you provide specific steps to reproduce? What is an example of an "invalid" role? Thanks!

@srt32 That is a very good question. Apparently me from 5 months ago didn't document this bug quite well enough. I'll try to reproduce tomorrow and get back to you.

@srt32 I remembered over the weekend what this meant. It is the same bug as #170 , I just wrote it up as 2 user stories to help me remember how I had planned to attack it. So, an invalid role is inviting as a student for a closed cohort (b/c they should be mentors/staff/graduated, etc).

Got it. Could we rewrite this issue to explain what we do want to happen / how the UX should work?
