Actually the issue #383 still exist, I just updated to the news release, tested and still URL with LangTag and query return 404 http://localhost:9001/pt?a=1

Should I send you a demo project to test?

Hmm. IIRC I added unit tests for this, and the problem was apparent and resolved on my test project.

Things are a bit tight at this end so I'm not sure when I'll have spare time to look at this. It might make a difference if you are able to sponsor the work in which case PM me to discuss.

If you can take a look yourself I'll gladly merge a PR.
