/faq (home/faq) url is not being localized #389
Comments
Looks like 'faq' is being matched as a language tag which is a known issue. Please see #289. |
Why don't you configure a list of valid cultures to match with the url?
In this way, any word different will not be considered as a language. You can add a configuration to set more languages to the list to avoid problems with new codes. Regards. |
I've tested the solution proposed in #289, but UrlLocalizer.QuickUrlExclusionFilter disables the localization of the url "/faq" and I need it to be localized. |
Yes, that would be a nice feature, especially if it was optional. I'll mark as a feature request. |
@rafaeldruiz did you ever find a workaround/solution for this? I'm in the same situation, and my last resort is changing the area name away from three letters. |
I have an action called HomeController.Faq that is not being localized.
Wrong link:
Result: /faq
Bypass:
Result: /en/faq
If the action name is "Faqi", the link is localized correctly.
Regards.
