Navbar on iOS breaks from top of window when keyboard open

This appeared to have been addressed in issues #11805 and #9757, but on the latest version of iOS (7.1.2), using Bootstrap 3.2.0, I am still getting the problem of the navbar moving off of the top of the window when the keyboard is opened up. Here is a screenshot:

It was unclear from reading the past issues and comments if this is indeed an iOS problem or Bootstrap's. I appreciate any help or comments.

Per #11805, it's a browser bug.
