Suggestion: Disabled Dropbown Menu Items #2780

It would be really awesome if you could add a "disabled" style to dropdown-menu items.
When "disabled" the text could be light-gray, and when hovered it should remain the same.

It's a simple CSS addition but it would be nice to have it included with Bootstrap automatically :D

Will close this and punt to #2764 to add this and disabled nav items in one pass.
