Search Button not responding

Bootstrap Documentation

• Search button not working: When I scroll down the page, the search button on the top right corner becomes unresponsive and does not open the search box when clicked.

I have attached a video with a demo. Please note that I split my screen 1/2 (so the issues might be only for smaller screen sizes).
Update: I made the window size smaller without splitting it directly, and it worked. It becomes unresponsive only when I use the windows split screen feature.
