Internet Explorer 9 Collapse plugin problem (since 2.1 update)

I've updated my local copy of TW Bootstrap to latest 2.1, since then I've problems with collapse plugin in IE9 (I've to test it in 8 and 7). I've tried now example on getbootstrap.com and problem exists in documentation too.

Plugin work correctly if I load 2.04 compiled CSS with new bootstrap.js.
So we should look for problem in new CSS/LESS files.
