When starting Oura, we can use the --magic testnet and --magic mainnet values as shortcuts for well-known network configurations.

We need to add the new "pre-production" and "preview" networks in the same fashion. Settings for these networks are specified here: https://book.world.dev.cardano.org/environments.html
