Make RoboFont script to run shortSegment check in UFOs & mark/show glyphs with issues.

This would probably have to run a "remove overlaps" operation on glyphs, however, for accurate results.

Ideally, this might also label points that cause the issue, where possible, or somehow show the designer how to fix the problems.

arrowtype added the robofont script label
