allow querying for the actually referenced entries/entries that print-glossary would show #70

When show-all is set to false, it's possible to get a completely empty glossary. It would be useful to determine this (potentially also for separate groups) so that one can e.g. skip the glossary heading.

empty groups should be checked and not printed
no check yet for a completely empty glossary
I can add that
