Edit existing switch lscasrcr to be default option for scalar sources.
Develop pre-processing to define point, line and other scalar sources at lowest level using only input file scals.inp.xxx.
Create case iscasrc instead of the current set of switches. lscasrc and lscasrcl to be options 2 and 3. These have more complex attributes such as normalisation, variable heights, and initial spreads but implementation is more challenging and specific to case that is being run (e.g. infinite canyons). Point 1) therefore acts as basic user implementation of scalar sources iscasrc = 1.
