What is the adb shell command to open a url in incognito tab of cromite.

And how can i open only shortcuts of websites in incognito mode

in cromite the opening of incognito windows from intent is not permitted.
in chrome, however, it is allowed if the AllowNewIncognitoTabIntents flag is active (by default) and the calling applications are signed by google.

Why it is not allow in cromite ?
Is it allowed in bromite ?

because there may be tracing parameters in the intent url. the refererrer (i.e. the application that asks for the page to be opened) is also disabled in cromite as opposed to chromium.

it was also disabled in bromite, but opening via incognito intent (via custom tabs) was introduced after it was discontinued.
