Is this feature works as intended? (Incognite mode, > Enable history)

What is the actual purpose of 'Enable history' in this Incognite Mode setting?

I don't know whether this bug or intended to work like this.
Enable history as description says, 'Record history even in incognite mode' but... if someone really intended to keep their searching history, why bother to use incognite mode? Oh i know, perhaps for short-term memory so that you know what tab you accidentally or intentionally dismissed, but needed for second peek. Later, the history itself erased when you completely close incognite mode (This is what i thought first when trying this option). But NO, You can't see recorded history on incognite mode, but strangely it's recorded on normal tab history session (Then, what's the point?).

The idea is to allow those using always incognito mode to have certain functions such as history active.

Yes but, why the recorded history put in "normal" history instead? After all incognite mode have it's own section.

well, you are right about that, that section should be changed to 'always incognito mode'.
