Stable Channel Update for Desktop

The Stable channel has been updated to 123.0.6312.105/.106/.107 for Windows and Mac and 123.0.6312.105 to Linux which will roll out over the coming days/weeks. A full list of changes in this build is available in the Log.

  cromite is suddenly (on the latest version) not using notoemojicompat #544
  attempts to eliminate the possibility of fingerprinting the android device because of the platform emojii font difference. chromium uses the fonts installed with play services but I guess they are not available to most devices using cromite.
  the patch includes the basic fonts so that not the system fonts but the embedded fonts are used.
  for example https://abrahamjuliot.github.io/creepjs/tests/emojis.html --> 6d0868ea for everyone
