Describe the bug

Im using a Lenovo Legion Go with a ADT-Link UT3G PCIe interface and a AMD RX 7700XT GPU. I am using all ways egpu Script. When i run on egpu with a Monitor connected, i only get a link speed of PCIe 1.1 (2.5 GT/s) instead of PCIe 3.0 speeds (8 GT/s) making everything stutter and having crazy frame time variations.

What did you expect to happen?

Link speed to be set correctly by bazzite as standard. Also i thought that fix would work: Create a file named: /etc/modprobe.d/amd-pcie-fix.conf with the following content: options amdgpu pcie_gen_cap=0x40000

Output of rpm-ostree status
