Backport bugs already fixed in Hyrax master into 1-0-stable

The following Hyrax bugs have been resolved in Hyrax master, but the bugs are still present in the 1-0-stable branch. We either need to cherrypick them into the next Hyrax 1.0.x release (preferred) or fix them locally in our app.

• Loading failed for child works #1176
• Admin user has no read ability on files from within download controller. #1163
• Failure to create a transfer should redirect to the form #1162
• Count of items in collection is broken #1081
• cast column to a type that is appropriate for the adapter being used #1047
• Can't batch edit Image works #1023
• Browse everything only attaches files on work create (not edit) #931

• Visibility options for Embargo don't expand on batch create form #930
