JP2 / PCLR

Looking at the jp2_read_jp2h function in openjpeg I see that PCLR
(Palette Color) is not handled. Is this correct ? Is there a way for
me from the openjpeg/jp2 struct to retrieve whether or not the jp2
file contained a palette color ? I understand that openjpeg does not
support file such as
jpeg2000testimages/Part4TestStreams/testfiles_jp2/file9.jp2, but it
would be nice if one could detect that, and report an error early on.
