Bug

I've trained a yolov5s6u on a custom dataset using ultralytics hub and colab, after the training was done I was able to see the model in the phone application, but I couldn't download it and use it for detection, nothing happens when I press the download button(it looks like the download button isn't responding), but when I try to download public models it works fine

Hello @yAlqubati, thank you for providing the additional details!

Since you mentioned you're encountering this issue on Android and provided the model ID (jJ5HobCQ0F8RDvjwRvix), we'll investigate this further. While we examine the backend, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure App is Updated: Verify that you are using the latest version of the Ultralytics HUB Android app. Check for updates in the Google Play Store.

  2. Clear App Cache: In your device settings, go to Apps > Ultralytics HUB > Storage and clear the cache. Then, try downloading the model again.

  3. Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as downloads might fail with unstable connectivity.

  4. Reinstall the App: If the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Google Play Store, then log back into your account and attempt the download again.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, we will continue to investigate on our end with the provided information. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates. Thank you for your patience! 😊

Sorry for the inconvenience.
There were still issues downloading android models in hub-app 9.30.
We have released version 9.31 of hub-app on the play store, which fixes the issue of not being able to download custom models for Android. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please install this and try again.
