Activity/read marker behaving misleadingly (screen/tmux issue?)

Hello. I've become an iamb enjoyer recently. Thank you for this good piece of software!

I run iamb in a screen window which is not visible/activated most of the time. However, the people I talk to using Matrix have noticed that my read marker in their clients keeps moving down in the chat, which means a read receipt is sent whenever there are new lines in the room, regardless whether I've actually read them or not. It's probably caused by screen/tmux, but to my knowledge weechat-matrix* clients and gomuks behaved "correctly" in this sense only sending read notification when I actually focused the client.

I could imagine #276 is related to this, too, and these may have the same root cause. Let me know if I can provide more information about the matter!

This appears to be fixed in 0.0.10 (at least for my testing with iamb in a background tmux window within alacritty), presumably by #281
