Install Chrome and ChromeDriver as part of the manifest #9

We want to see chart screenshots on their tiles.

For that, chrome needs to be installed, in order to generate those “screenshots”.

Manually, we've done it as:

sudo dnf install -y wget dnf-plugins-core fedora-workstation-repositories
sudo wget https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/89.0.4389.23/chromedriver_linux64.zip
unzip chromedriver_linux64.zip
sudo rm chromedriver_linux64.zip
sudo mv chromedriver /usr/local/bin

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled google-chrome
sudo dnf install -y google-chrome-stable

Could we please have that as part of the manifest?
