你好，cc限制比如配置为config_cc_rate = "10/60"，默认比如触发报警，限制的ip有效期为多长，在哪里可以配置呢

这个意思是60s一个周期，周期内触发后会限制，直到下一个新周期。
可以结合防火墙限制
