Describe the bug

Hello
I have a problem with my greenlight. as you can see in the video, the input only works for a few milliseconds and then stops to input. only happens when i have greenlight on, works just fine when i turn off the stream. This problem is only on a few games also, works perfect on games like fifa etc but for example if i play the new warhammer the problem begins. i have also tried to connect with the type c on the controller to the xbox and its the same problem. If anyone knows this problem, it would help a lot
Thanks
