[FEATURE] Multiple Instances - Local Configuration

Describe the feature

It would be nice to have a command line to specify configuration path and port for webui
Or allow the default be changed on settings page

Describe the use case

Just want to know if there is an easy way to have multiple instances of this running (for webui)

It seems that it relies on \AppData\Roaming\greenlight folder (on windows), so that totally destroy any possibility on having two instances running on two acconts/ports different.

If it is possible already to do it, how?

The best I had to workaround it, is simply renaming the name of the project in package.json to generate different associations...
