[Bug] 720p configuration on console is not supported

Describe the bug

If you change the resolution to 720p, streaming will not produce image.
(it will allow to connect and send gamepad, but will not receive video)

1080p and 4K UHD works fine.

This issue also occours in the Xbox App for the Windows Desktop
But works OK on the Android version.

If you force low resolution on settings, it also do not work.

To Reproduce

Go Xbox Settings -> General -> TV -> Resolution Combo -> 720p

Expected behavior

It should keep working without issues, like the microsoft's official android app
