Current behavior

Currently we are trying to build the sln file to discover DevServer's add-on, but if user is using a slnf file, and the sln file is not building, the discovery will fail while the user is effectively able to work on his project.

Expected behavior

We should use the slnf file over the sln.

This might also improve performance as we will init only a limited set of projects.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

No response

Workaround

Fix the build of the sln file.
