A solver for linear and quadratic diophantine equations. In particular, it finds integer solutions $(x, y)$ to the general quadratic equation $ax^2 + bxy + cy^2 + dx + ey + f = 0$ with integer coefficients $a$, $b$, $c$, $d$, $e$, and $f$.
