Cannot send my Ada to another wallet

I am trying to send my Ada to another wallet. when i press send i get this error. My ledger is updated with the latest version.
Someone please help

Transaction rejected while signing. Network id in tx body not supported by Ledger app version 3.0.0.

Hello @drphill888 - please open your Cardano app on Ledger and scroll to the right until you find the version. The most up to date version is 7.1.4. If you dont have this version - go to Ledger Live, update the Ledger Live to most up to date version, do the same for Ledger Firmware and lastly update the Cardano Ledger app.
