Invalid gmail addresses with multiple dots are marked as valid and the dots are normalized out #818

Validator sees this email as valid: [email protected]. It is in fact not valid and would bounce, even if [email protected] is a valid email address.

While gmail DOES ignore single dots in an email name, it does not ignore multiple dots, but rather the address is actually invalid.

more examples to illustrate:

valid: [email protected]
invalid: [email protected]
