Timepicker. Meridian example. Button 12h/24h didn't change input data #2476

WTR

Open Timepicker page in ngx-bootstrap demo.
In Meridian example select 12h time format, enter any possible value and select "PM"
Click on button to change time format to 24h
Look at output with time value and at hour value.

Actual result
Using button 12h/24h only hides AM/PM button, but doesn't change hour value (look at attached screenshot)

Expected result
Using button 12h/24h should change hour value or, if it is not possible, change output.
