A single GQ Value causes issues in a joint-VCF generated by DRAGEN.

The following error is generated:

Error: invalid GQ value Some(Array(Float([Some(99.0)])))

Will investigate further, but we might benefit from a bit more informative error messages.

Can you provide a MWE that exposes the problem so it's easier to fix?

Sure, I wanted to generate one anyway once the cluster was up and running again, will probably come around to that in the next days
