tarballs don't include build instructions

The hitch tarballs (checked hitc-1.8.0.tar.gz) don't include instructions for building hitch from the tarball.

The repository contains a markdown document about building from git or installing from a package, but even that document skips the topic of building from a released tarball.

I am trying but running into random errors that seem to be about missing instructions, such as the need to grab something from the haproxy git repository (this even seems to need selecting an old haproxy git revision to meet hitch expectations, or I may be guessing the steps wrong due to this lack of build instructions).
