Last scrolling glitches in All Chats screen

Steps to reproduce

1. In the All Chats screen start scrolling down
2. tap the status bar to scroll to the top
3. Quickly tap the search bar

Outcome

What did you expect?

When scrolling down the toolbar should disappear
After tapping the search bar, the first list item should be placed beneath the navigation bar

What happened instead?

When scrolling down the toolbar disappears then reappears then disappears
After tapping the search bar, there is a padding between the first list item and the navigation bar
