Steps to reproduce

  1. Type a very long text (multilines or multiple spaces required)
  2. Long press backspace

Outcome

What did you expect?

After a while the backspace should move from deleting one single character, to deleting multiple words, to go faster, until everything is deleted in the textView

What happened instead?

The deletion skipped some words
