Steps to reproduce

When rich text enabled chinese pinyin keyboard does not work.

Outcome

When typing chinese using pinyin keyboard and for example writing nihao it shoud show suggestion as 你好, it does not showing this as when using keyboard with rich text, but only showing using without rich text

Relates to #6983 but it is not exactly the same issue as this concerns keyboard suggestions rather than direct input + auto-replacement.
