Steps to reproduce

  1. Use a small device like iPhone SE
  2. Enable Rich Text Editor
  3. Enter a room
  4. Press the + button

Outcome

What did you expect?

The bottom sheet is either displayed in its entirety and if not, is able to be scrolled down

What happened instead?

The bottom sheet is cropped and cannot be scrolled.
