Your use case

If the device is online but the home server goes offline while recording a voice broadcast, we need to handle it the same way we did with issue #7234.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Additional context

If the home server goes offline while recording a voice broadcast we got the following error and the voice broadcast is not paused:

Also, when the home server comes back online, even though the app allows to retry/delete unsent chunks it doesn't work.
