[Enhancement]: Support Reordering of Comic Sources and Save to Config

Description

The fixed order of comic sources causes the following issues:

1. AggregatedSearch results are limited by the fixed order of comic sources and cannot be adjusted.
2. The Network Favorites List cannot be adjusted due to the fixed order of comic sources.
3. Other potential dependencies on comic source order may lead to unmodifiable behaviors.

Additional Notes:

• The implementation should ensure that venera-configs comic sources order remains unaffected. only the order of added comic sources within the app should be influenced and saved in config.
