This is not good. This works because, we check for .babelrc existence in the app dir. Unless we add next/babel as the preset by default.
We have to fix it. When we do that, it'll break apps using this.

Previously #560 , it arose the necessity of having a .babelrc in the examples folder, but that presents failures obvious. error when trying to clone and run only the example
While a better solution is found, the simplest thing is to have "babel": {}, in the package.json
