[WIP] Introduce a rax example

This is an attempt to run rax inside Next.js
Currently, it's not rendering anything in the client.
But it won't throw any errors :)

Based on their inaccurate benchmarks, I don't think it's worthwhile. That said, I'd like to make sure we can customize what server-render require is executed, like we discussed. Unless we webpack the server path and the module name is aliased / translated.
