Allow to ignore cache hit tasks (e.g. build-task part of a dev-task)

Background
If you run all multiple persistent tasks, such all your web-applications or backend services, you might need to also execute a bunch of build-tasks (due to ^build in the pipeline). This makes it more inconvenient to navigate between the persistent tasks.
Especially when these build-tasks happen to have a cache hit and are suppressing logs.
Proposal
I would like to be able to opt-in the ability to only show persistent tasks in the Turbo UI
I think it would also be nice to have some sidebar to see the list of options you can switch between.
