I was actually able to use the sound synthesizer if I clicked on it in my hand. It seems only pressing Z didn't work. |

What this does
Adds the 'vent_use' var to items set to FALSE by default. If TRUE, the item can be used while ventcrawling.
Why it's good
Closes #37421 and enables fun. Currently only applied to the sound synth.
How it was tested
Ventcrawled with a sound synth and confirmed it worked. Attempted to use other items which did not work.
