Steps to reproduce

DatePicker组件属性设置，type="datetimerange"，:split-panels="true"

What is expected?

左侧时间，上方右侧，增加时间箭头按钮，点击应该使月份增加

What is actually happening?

左侧时间，上方右侧，增加时间箭头按钮，点击会使月份减少
