Introduction

General Requirements

• Compatible with .NET version 4.5
• Compile as DLL file

Getting Started

• Create an account at https://dashboard.virtualq.io
• Create a Call Center
• Create at least 1 Line Group
• Create Service Lines

Note: Line Groups can have several Lines with the same properties like EWT or Number of Agents. Instead of updating each line, you update the line group instead. In the simplest case, 1 Line Group has 1 Line.

Configuration

Create a configuration file with the following information:

• API key
• Line IDs (click on Line in dashboard to see)
• Line Group ID (click on Line Group in dashboard to see)
