Set value for a vApp Option

As a user of govc, I would like to be able to update the value of an existing vApp Option configured in my virtual machine.

Currently, as a user of govc, I'm able to set the value during the deployment of the virtual machine through OVA/OVF using the argument -options=<json file>, but it's not possible to update it after the deployment.

The issue #2261 explained the same situation, but sadly, this issue has been closed without solution.
