required functionality:
Unable to configure boshrelease to create endpoint to point to dockerhub when docker image is not present on harbor repository.

Hi @obeyler what does this feature exactly mean? Could you provide the detailed user scenario?

In fact when I met some pivotal architect during a show in Paris about PKS, I ask how to use harbor as a proxy for docker.io registry. They told me that to reach this goal, I have to define an endpoint with docker.io.
I don't know if it's the good solution as after some discution with stonezdj, I realize that it is not the good way to do that.

In Harbor 1.8.0, the replication feature is enhanced, after adding docker.io as an endpoint, you can replicate images from docker.io.
