Describe the bug

Hi Photon OS team,

Recently I 've managed to make build a fresh iso photon-5.0-52708c670.x86_64 on wsl2. I know wsl2 is unsupported but it works.
I used the classic way make image IMG_NAME=iso.

Then in VMware By Broadcom Workstation 17.5.2 with a vm vhw 21, default settings, boot from BIOS, the Photon OS 5 installer appears, but after pressing Enter, and right in the moment of displaying the license terms (please update this - it's still the version from June 16th 2022), the installer crashes, see pictures below (2 different attempts).

I published temporarily the photon-5.0-52708c670.x86_64.iso here for analysis purposes. I processed a make build of the iso twice, and the 2nd resulting image photon-5.0-edea1c71c.x86_64.iso has had the same issue.
Did I miss something to configure during make build?

Reproduction steps

  1. make build of Photon OS 5 x86_64 with latest packages
  2. VMware by Broadcom Workstation 17.5.2, vHW21 for the vm settings, default values, usb controller with selected 'share bluetooth devices with the virtual machine', boot from BIOS
  3. boot, press Enter to install
    ...

Expected behavior

normal installation

Additional context

On VMware Workstation, in vm settings > usb controller, deselect 'share bluetooh devices with the virtual machine'. The vm installation starts successfully.
