We need to provide details of the networks that VIC appliances must connect to before we provide information about deploying the appliance. The appliance must be able to connect to the networks that VCHs will use as their client, management, and public networks, and vSphere admins should know this before they deploy VIC or VCHs.

We should lift most of the prereqs out of https://vmware.github.io/vic-product/assets/files/html/1.3/vic_vsphere_admin/deploy_vic_appliance.html and put them in a separate prereqs topic. Include a section on networking (reproducing the networking graphic) in this new prereq topic.

@alextopuzov you were looking at the deployment prereqs yesterday. Have we addressed this in the new unified appliance+VCH requirements topic?
