Right now there is nothing, which is not great especially because the site uses Google analytics (do we need to?) and cookies (I am pretty sure, we do not need those?).

The only cookies needed are those for Google Analytics. If you want to remove that integration (I don't recall many requests to check how the website was doing), then a legal notice is not needed either.

There are also other analytics engines less evil than Google.
