Describe the bug
The 'move list and sub-list up/down' just works for some time and then stops working
To Reproduce
Go to any list
Move cursor to a line
Press hotkey (ctrl+shift+arrow)
It should move the list/sublist, but when working with this hotkey two or three times, it just stops working and nothing happens.
Expected behavior
The hotkeys (ctrl+shift+arrow) to move the list/sub-list that the cursor is on, up/down.
Environment (please complete the following information):
Additional context
I've tried restarting, updating all plugins, reload the plugin but nothing works. Only time and reloading Obsidian the next days seems to restart the BUG, and then again it happens.
I've seen many other closed BUGs that look similar, and many of then where closed due to random unexpected solutions (like in my case, it works from time to time, but then it stops working again)
