Describe the feature
Wish OUTLINER can add this feature (see obsidian-jump).
to quickly jump between list items and headings throughout same level or upper/lower level.

Why I need this
I think everyone who use OUTLINER wants a roam-like obsidian. However, when we use list throughout all the ob pages, and we also want to use headings (eg. "## heading"), there will be a problem: when using heading, we have to cancel the list grammar on the heading line (ie. ✔"## heading"; ❌"- ## heading"), otherwise the heading line would not be recognized as a heading in ob outline view or in plugin "floating toc". As a result, we still need a lot of heading lines in our pages, which do not work with the "Move lists back and forth" feature of OUTLINER. This is very uncomfortable for us to re-edit our notes.
I was told that "- ## heading" would not be accepted due to its nonstandard grammar. Thus I found this plugin (obsidian-jump)) as an alternative, which can quickly jump between the same-level lists.
I think adding this feature is worth considering for OUTLINER as well. And still I was wondering if anyone here has a better approach to this problem
